The little girl seemed to be waiting for her mother under the lattice wall. She was fixated on the charm on
Yolanda's phone. Yolanda crouched slightly, removed the lucky cat charm, and pointed to the girl's hat.

During this time, the sniper across the street was completely unaware of her movements. She kept her gaze
straight ahead and blended into the crowd as she headed into the nearby subway station.
After purchasing her ticket and entering the station, she noticed she was being followed again. As she walked,

Her identity shouldn't have been compromised, and no one would suspect something as outrageous as her
returning from the dead.

Yolanda preferred taking the offensive. Instead of continuously evading her pursuers, she aimed to lure them to
an isolated spot and eliminate them all at
once.
She glanced at the subway map and decided to get off at the next station before switching to a neighboring line.
This line ended in the outskirts, where an amusement park was under construction but had been abandoned
when the developer went bankrupt.
The area was now an empty lot, showing faint outlines of the amusement park but generally devoid of visitors.
Riverdale was small, and the trip took only about 40 minutes. After half an hour, Yolanda exited at Riverdale
Water Park station. The two men in black following her exchanged pleased glances and quickly contacted their
waiting accomplices.
This was a perfect spot for them. It was quiet and isolated. Their mission was to kill her efficiently, and they had
to switch to following her instead since the sniper had lost track of the target.

When Yolanda reached an open space in the amusement park, she stopped and spoke up. "Cout. You've

realized they had received professional training.
Each of them brandished a knife, and seven had guns concealed in their waistbands or under their jackets.
However, this batch of assassins was subpar. If they had been part of the Xenith Order, they wouldn't have
passed her training requirements to join the intern group.
"You must be Yolanda Henderson," one burly man at the front said while glaring at her.
"Boss, it has to be her!" a short, younger man said eagerly. "Anyone this ugly is hard to forget!"
His comment sparked laughter among the surrounding assassins.
Yolanda's expression turned cold. "Did Helen send you?"
"Surprisingly clever of you. But did you know that the smarter you are, the quicker you die?"
