Mack and I return from an assignment in the middle of the night and we slowly make our way down the hall past all the bedrooms. I open one after the other, just checking in on our Pups and all six of them are in a deep sleep. Levi and Kay are still awake, reading sfiles as they waited forand Mack to return. I take a quick shower, before I crawl onto Levi's body to rest my head on his chest and I am asleep before Mack joins us.
I slowly open my eyes to find my Mates in a deep and peaceful sleep, I get dressed in the bathroom after taking a shower and sit down in my favorite chair.
While I watch my Mates sleep, I think back on the past ten years.
Ten years ago, we welcomed Kyler, Luca and Makena into our family and a year later we welcomed Kayla, Londyn and Maverick into our family.

Each door I pass on my way to the stairs are still closed and it will take at least an hour before the first one wakes up. Our Pups will celebrate their tenth and ninth birthday today and I can't wait to see the whole family together again.
Mom visits once every three months, it took a few years for us to have a normal relationship and I still don't regret taking that first step. We had a few long talks during those first few years and I am glad Mom was willing to tellher side of the story.
Dad found another connection when our youngest triplets were two and it is amazing to see him so happy with Maya. Both of them have grown Pups and don't want to start a new family, they would rather spoil their Grandpups.
Once the entire family has arrived, there is a buzz running through the house and there isn't a place in the house where you can sit in peace and quiet.
I enjoy every moment of the day, but I am grateful when everyone leaves for the night.
Kyler might be our oldest, but after a day like this he is a real Momma's boy. He crawls onto my lap and is sleeping in my arms in a matter of seconds. Luca and Maverick lean againstand both of them are fighting against the sleep that wants to consthem, losing that battle after mere minutes.
Our Daughters have crawled into their Fathers laps and while Makena and Londyn are softly speaking, Kayla is sleeping in Kay's arms.

I follow them up the stairs and I walk
into each room to kiss their forehead, to tell them that I love them. It is al routine repeat every night, unless I En: return in the middle of the night from an assignment and I will do it for as long as they will allow me.
I have everything I ever dreamed of, but thought I would never have and I thank the Goddess every single day for the gifts she gave me.
My Mates and our Pups are the biggest treasure I have gotten in life and I can't wait to see our Pups grow up, to find their own Mates.
Each year, on the birthday of our triplets, I get to look back on an amazing year and we see them m taking after their Fathers more and more. Their training to becthis Pack's leadership is going good, but we fear that Makena will lose her temper one day.
Kyler and Luca have a deep and solid bond with Makena, just like it should be for triplets. It becomes a concern the older they get though, protecting their baby Sister when they shouldn't. I just hope that she will outgrow this attitude or we might have sproblems down the line.
